No deposit is required. Payment is made only once I receive final approval from you. I will send you scanned images of your portrait throughout the process. This lets you cancel at any time with no obligation to purchase. There is no obligation to purchase in the end. Having said that, I have had 100% satisfaction so far to date and I guarantee you to have 100% satisfaction with your work of art.

The process is simple. Contact me through email and let me know what size and style of portrait you are considering. You can email me your photos right away (see the link on the left: "How to Take Photos") or we can talk about what you want first. You will receive scanned images throughout the process and, when the portrait is complete, I will send a final scanned image and you can let me know if you will still like to purchase the art. I will only ask for payment when you have given your final approval. When you have given me your final approval, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once payment is made through PayPal, I will then send the portrait to you.

The pencils I use are artist quality and the paper will be artist quality as well. The final work will be sprayed with a protective coating that is acid-free, archival-safe and renders it smudge-proof.

The sizes and prices of the portraits are listed in the "Rates" section as well as additional subject cost and background cost. If you have a different size in mind, then please email me and I will give you a price.

Once I receive your initial email and begin to work, the final drawing can be completed in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on my workload. I work very hard to meet my deadlines. If you do have a specific deadline in mind (birthday), please let me know.

Shipping across Canada is included in the price. Your work of art will be very well protected inside of a rigid cardboard mailer and then placed inside a box that is surrounded by padding to ensure its safe delivery. U.S. residents please email regarding shipping rates.
